Most of our Winter Park condos are on the free shuttle bus route to the ski area, and within easy walking distance of the town park (where free activities are often held), and dozens of stores and restaurants.

The majority of condominiums that we rent in Winter Park are located in Beaver Village. Beaver Village Condominiums is tucked into the Arapahoe National Forest, at the entrance to the town of Winter Park. The Beaver condos range in size (including one-bedroom condos, 2-bedroom condos, 3-bedroom condios, and 4-bedroom condos), easily accommodating a couple, families or groups. Our nightly management team is located on property at the centrally located clubhouse (which includes a rec room and indoor pool). We are available to assist with check-in, recommendations for dinner, planning a reunion, or just about anything else you can think of. These Wnter Park condos have full size kitchens, living rooms, and dining areas, plus full balconies.  All located within the same complex, some within steps of each other, the condos can be used for large gatherings of friends, family reunions, corporate retreats, and weddings.

The condos are equipped with cooking utensils, flatware and glassware, and all linens. The floor plans are very roomy and comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out. In addition, the condos have hair dryers in the master bathroom, humidifiers and DVD players. Most are equipped with free high speed wi-fi access.
