Winter Park Lodging Rentals Policies

Here are some details about our Winter Park lodging rentals:

Check-in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., unless special arrangements are made.

Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m., unless special arrangements are made.

All of our units are non-smoking.

No pets allowed.

All of the rates for our Winter Park condo rentals, townhome rentals, and home rentals are subject to change and don’t include applicable taxes.

A 50% deposit is required at the time you book your Winter Park lodging rental. The balance is due 14 days before your arrival.

Personal checks and all major credit cards are accepted. 

If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit, minus a $50 cancellation fee.

If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival, you’ll receive a refund (minus a $50 cancellation fee), only if we’re able to rebook the unit we reserved for you.

If you stay in one of our Winter Park condo rentals, townhome rentals, or home rentals for more than 7 days, upon request, we’ll provide complimentary housekeeping services.
